The 2021 Jack and Anita Hess Faculty Seminar will focus on the topic of ‘LGBTQ+ Histories of the Holocaust’ from January 4 to 8, 2021. This one-week Seminar will explore the history of LGBTQ+ people during the Holocaust, as well as the continued relevance of this history to understanding the discrimination that queer and trans people face today. The Seminar will introduce a range of pedagogical resources from the Museum’s film, oral history, testimony, archival, and photography collections.
